ENTRY FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

$185 per lifter (T-Shirt Included) with $55 crossover fee for additional events.

Payment of entry fees will be done via stripe.

You will receive an email confirmation after your payment has been processed.

Entries without payment will be deleted.

Entry deadline is January 18th. No entries will be accepted after this date.

After registration closes, we’ll email you your exact schedule, flight, and session details. Note that these can change.

Once you’ve paid, you’ll get an email confirmation and see your entry on LiftingCast.

Entries close on January 8th, 2025 or when the event sells out. No sign-ups will be accepted after this date, depending on availability.

All weight classes must be finalized via email by February 1st, 2025. Not being within the weight range of your selected weight class will put you in the guest lifter category and you will not be eligible for awards at this event. Guest lifters are still able to qualify for nationals.

AWARDS:

Medals to be awarded to top 3 placings in each weight class, age group, division and equipment category.

First place winners in the open, junior, and master age groups for full power weight classes will be awarded an early and guaranteed entry to the 2025 PLU National Championships. This applies for drug tested and non tested athletes alike.

Both male and female best lifters, whether drug-tested or non-tested, from any age group or equipment category with at least 5 participants will be recognized. We’ll use the DOTS formula for these awards.

Best lifters in the open raw equipment category will receive FREE entry to the 2025 PLU National Championships for both drug tested and non tested.

2025 PLU National Championships Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for the PLU National Championships, competitors must achieve the following DOTS scores and must compete in the full-power event (any age group or equipment category is acceptable):

Preliminary Registration starting: January 3rd, 2025
If your DOTs score exceeds the listed requirement below (by age group ) you may register for Nationals without competing at a 2025 Regional Championship meet! The qualifying DOTs score can be from any meet in any federation after January 1, 2024.

OPEN and JUNIORS 20-23: 400 DT/425 NT
JUNIORS 18-19: 370 DOTS (DT/NT)
JUNIORS 16-17: 335 DOTS (DT/NT)
JUNIORS 13-15: 295 DOTS (DT/NT)
SUBMASTERS 35-39: 375 DOTS (DT/NT)
MASTERS 40-49: 365 DOTS (DT/NT)
MASTERS 50-59: 340 DOTS (DT/NT)
MASTERS 60+: 305 DOTS (DT/NT)

Lifters with DOTs scores not eligible to bypass Regionals must exceed the listed scores below by Age Group in order to register for 2025 Nationals. These qualifying DOTs scores may only be earned at the following PLU events:

2025 PLU Regional Championships (Northwest, Southwest, South, East, Midwest)
2025 Ghost Clash PRO/AM (Pro and Amatuer day)

JUNIORS 18-19: 330 DOTS (DT/NT)
JUNIORS 16-17: 300 DOTS (DT/NT)
JUNIORS 13-15: 250 DOTS (DT/NT)
SUBMASTERS 35-39: 315 DT/340 NT DOTS
MASTERS 40-49: 300 DT/325 NT DOTS
MASTERS 50-59: 265 DT/285 NT DOTS
MASTERS 60+: 255 DOTS (DT/NT)

Age Group Open Registration and All Juniors 13-19, Masters 50+, or any Single Lift (BPO or DLO)Registrations will be accepted without a minimum DOTs requirement (Pending Availability) starting: April 25th, 2025

State AND National records may be set and broken. Please check the PLU records database (https://powerliftingunited.com) to check records. Records with a weight and no name are preset records and can be broken if the submitted attempt is above the preset value.
