Squats will be performed with a 25kg Squat Bar\, Bench will be performed with a 20kg Power Bar\, and Deadlifts will be performed with a 20kg Deadlift Bar. \nAll squats are required to be walked out. \nAwards:\nAwards will be awarded for Tested and Untested Divisions for each gender in each of the following Age Categories within each Equipment Category (Raw\, Raw w/ Wraps\, Single-ply\, Multi-ply\, and Unlimited): \nOpen: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class \nYouth 10-12 – 1st – 3rd place in each weight class \nJunior 13-15\, 16-17\, 18-19\, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group \nSubmaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class \nMaster 40-44\, 45-49\, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group. \nAge Categories Youth (10-12)\, Junior (13-23)\, Open\, Sub-Masters (35-39)\, and Masters (40+) are eligible for Best Lifter Awards if they have 5 or more athletes registered within the same gender\, division\, and equipment category. \nPrizes:\nThe event organizer(s) reserve the right to award additional prizes to the best lifter(s). \nPowerlifting United Standards of Competition:\nThis event will adhere to the Powerlifting United Standards of Competition that can be found here: Powerlifting United Standards of Competition V25.2 \nMembership:\nRegistered athletes must be members of Powerlifting United by the time of weighing in. It may be purchased online before or at weigh-ins. Membership is NOT required at the time of registration. PLU Membership is good for one year from the date of purchase.
