Membership is required for lifters and can be purchased at powerliftingunited.comMeet Director Agreement* By checking this box, I agree to the Powerlifting United Meet Director Agreement Policy.Meet Director Responsibilities The Meet Director is required to provide the following for their Powerlifting United meet: At least 3 spotters on the platform at all times. 1 person dedicated to operating the computer during the competition. 1 person dedicated to announcing the competition order. If using a monolift, at least 1 monolift must be available in the warmup area. A carpeted platform equipped with Powerlifting United standard competition equipment (refer to the rulebook for details). Meet Director Agreement The Meet Director agrees to the following: Assume full financial responsibility for the Powerlifting United competition they have chosen to direct. In the event of a cancellation, change of date, or change of venue, the Meet Director will refund each lifter their paid fee upon request. The head office will not be responsible for any registration or event-related costs. Collect registration fees and ensure that every registered competitor has an active Powerlifting United membership at weigh-ins. Run the competition in accordance with the Powerlifting United rulebook. Have a minimum of 3 judges certified through Powerlifting United prior to the competition. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in your competition not being recognized as a Powerlifting United sanctioned powerlifting meet.
